Caden- CROSS POSTING's Story...
Meet Caden!
This gorgeous love was found wandering the woods in Georgia and was in pretty bad condition. We took him in, had him vetted, and now he looks like a million bucks! Caden is in foster home now and is learning how to be an inside dog. He is doing very well... gets along great with all humans and the dogs at his foster home, just not the cat. He LOVES to get belly rubs and gives kisses. He will tolerate his crate and will sleep through the night without protest, although it is not his favorite. Caden would do very well in a yard that has a tall, secure fence. If his new owner turns out to not have a fenced yard... he is a strong boy and needs an owner that can handle him while on leash. Caden is a very sweet, affectionate young man. We are unsure of his age but we are guessing around 3-4 yrs old.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Caden- CROSS POSTING, a Knoxville Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Knoxville, or seeking a Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Knoxville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Knoxville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Knoxville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Knoxville paves the way for another one to be saved.
