My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

INITIAL BIO 04/25/2012: Scooter is the newest boy on the block! Scooter is a 4 year old 10 lb little guy whose story is a sad one. Apparently Scooter was rescued at the age of 2 after spending those years locked in a basement in a big city apartment. Scooter was then adopted to a woman (with whom he lived another 2 years) whose progressively worsening medical condition made it impossible for her to care for him. So, now at the age of 4, poor Scooter is homeless again through no fault of his own. He is adorable despite his very short hair cut. Actually, his pictures don't do him justice in the least bit! Even though we think he's handsome now, he is going to be even more GORGEOUS. He's got beautiful light brown eyes and his ears sit one up, one down! How cute! This is what his FM had to say.

Hi there! Scooter's foster mom here! Let me say (and I don't say this lightly) that Scooter is a DREAM of a dog. He's sweet, housetrained, loves to go for walks and walks perfectly well on a leash, he's a lover, but he also knows how to entertain himself. He's no bother at all, and he's such a joy to foster. What a doll!! Scooter doesn't like cats...... so if you have cats, please don't apply for Scooter. This little guy is going to be swept up fast! Any home will be improved by adopting Scooter! :)
