Otis's Story...
Calling all Dog lovers! Here for your entertainment is Otis ( Me ). I'm the cutest dog you will ever lay eyes on. I'm a 6 month old male Pit mix*. I have a very distinguished brown speckled coat. Simply stunning! I'm full of puppy energy and just waiting to learn all my puppy training. I really want to find a forever family that has time to keep me well exercised. I love playing games and know just a few commands like sit and shake. I would do best with respectful children that are 8 years and older. Stop on in and look for the cutest dog on the walkway. It's ME!!

*This system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual identification of dog breeds is frequently unreliable, so for many dogs we are just guessing at breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe our dogs based on their personality and behaviors, not based on their breed label.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Otis, a Oshkosh Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Oshkosh, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Oshkosh.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oshkosh already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oshkosh breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oshkosh paves the way for another one to be saved.
