TJ's Story...
TJ and his cat brothers recently lost their human mom to cancer. Her dying wish was that her animals would find loving homes. There are 4 cats and 1 dog. Her sister took the dog, we found a great home for 2 of the cats and now it's TJ & Harry's turn. We want them to stay together so they are less stressed. They are both young, friendly, healthy and very loving. They have been through so much and this stressful journey is almost over. We are determined to find a terrific home for them together and anyone that gets these 2 cats is a lucky person. They are amazing. They are affectionate and desperate to give & receive love. I can't imagine what it's like to be in a home where mom disappears, the dog disappears and now 2 of your cat siblings are not there anymore.

They are currently still in the home they shared with their mom. We figured it was best to keep them somewhere familiar as long as possible but now that the other 2 cats are gone it's become a bit too much for them.

TJ is about 2 years old, neutered, vaccinated, chipped and great with other cats & dogs. He is mostly ivory with a few orange spots. The grey/brown tabby to the right is his brother Harry. Squeekers is the black cat in the back that is now in a home with the fourth cat, Teddy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

TJ, a Los Angeles Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
