Isn't little Topsy just precious!! She and her brother and sister were just a few weeks old when they were brought to PAWS in March, 2012. They were owner surrendered. Their owner didn't have their mom spayed, and she had kittens. They didn't want the kittens and asked PAWS to take them. Now baby Topsy is looking so very hard for a loving home and family of her very own. She's a beautiful kitten, and she's very curious and loves to play around the house. Come meet this baby---she'll be lots of company and tons of fun!!
