Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This girl doesn't need any fancy athletic shoes. She can get air all on her own! We mean serious air ... about five feet of it! She was born in only May of 2011, but for a youngster, she is athletic. She will run and spring right into your arms. Don't worry she is only a little over 15 pounds. Probably a Frisbee champ in the making or some kind of acrobatics. But she still has manners and when inside doesn't just bounce off the walls.
Dory gets along great with most of the other dogs she's met. And she just loves people. She'll definitely need someone who can help her use up some of that energy
As you approach her, you can see her bounding into the air, well over your head (unless you're really tall). But when you get closer, she is a bit shy and will require some quality time to let her get to know you. Unfortunately she has lived at the shelter since she was 7weeks old along with her brother Squirt. Being a black dog they are a lot harder to place. Please don't let that stop you from giving her a chance to have a furr-ever home!
