My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Piper is a cute, sweet and SMART little cattle dog/Belgian shepherd mix, born in January/February 2011. She learned to use the dog door in her foster home right away and had only one accident in the house! Amazing for such a young puppy! She is very loving and adorable too! Currently she is about 19lbs, and I suspect that she will be about 50 lbs when she is grown. Piper and her siblings were rescued off of the Ft. McDowell Indian Reservation. The dogs out there come from many generations of mixed breeds. There is definitely some cattle dog and shepherd in there, and probably a little of just about everything else. Piper loves to be around people and she loves playing with other dogs. She does need a careful introduction to new dogs as it takes her sometime to feel secure with dogs she isn't use to. She deserves a wonderful home where she will get plenty of attention! Her adoption fee is $200 and that includes spay, microchip, and DAPP vaccination. Puppies often exhibit undesirable behaviors such as chewing and digging. Of course they also are a lot of fun and are very lovable too. When choosing a puppy please consider how much time you will be able to spend training and socializing your new puppy.
