Very much an adult and has been in foster care since he was just a pocket puppy!!! Otis is a very active, smart, happy kid!!
Otis is a super cute little terrier coated boy, silvery, ash and black all mixed together in his perfect terrier coat. Otis weighs just under 10 lbs, just a little guy but not in soul! In terrier spirit this little one is a massive dog. Picked up by the dog catcher as an infant he was too tiny to go into the pound. Born late in the fall of 2010 this cutie pie has spend his best young puppy years in foster care. Loved for sure, but not in a home of his very own. Otis plays nicely with all the dogs but is a bit too much for the senior tiny set.......he LOVES large female dogs for companions and tends to play with the larger dogs as well. Furthering our believe that this tiny boy just has NO CLUE that he isnt 200 lbs and made of steel! Otis enjoys toys and all the human interaction he can get, loves to go on walks and romp and kick up. He does very well on the farm but would adapt well to any life that he was the center of! Not recommended for homes with tiny kritters like hamsters or guinea pigs cause this guy feels that terrier calling and is one heck of a mouser!! Otis would be an excellent house mate to a female dog but would likely not be a submissive to a strong male.
Otis has an adoption donation amount of $150 which will go back into the fund for more spays, neuters and inoculations for other homeless pets to find loving homes. $125 of this donation will be tax deductible.
