Sylvester is an 11 week old Shih Tzu mix. He has a beautiful soft and silkie chocolate coat. He loves playing with other puppies in his foster home. He is working on crate and house training. He is vaccinated age approriate and will soon be neutered. Adoption fee for Sylvester is $400 which includes transport to the North East.
