My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zyla: Approx 1 yr to 18 mos old, black/tan, female, sparkling white teeth, docked tail and natural ears, 11 in, 10-11 lbs, spayed.

Wow, what a BIG personality and great temperament. Check out her videos to see a happy playful dog from the shy, timid little girl she was when she first got here. She loves the yard and exploring but will crawl up in your lap for hugs and kisses. Oh my gosh, you should see her cute moves; she twists, turns rolls over and is just pure silliness as she is constantly looking up with a goofy grin on her face to see if you are paying attention. She tries to get the older dogs at my home to play with her but if she can't succeed she is happy carrying all the toys out in the yard. She will trot through the yard tossing and shaking the raccoon or will lay in the grass squeaking the hedge hog. Being a youngster she will get into mischief like getting in the laundry basket and dragging undergarments out; which she will then proceed to leave in the yard for all the neighbors to wonder "how did that get there". Flip flops are just to irresistible so it is best to keep them out of her reach. Zyla taught herself how to go up and down stairs, jump on the bed and quickly learned how to walk on a leash. As friendly and goofy as she is she is wary of strangers and will hide from them. She has done well being around teenagers and older children but is not recommended for young children. If you are a looking for a snuggle buddy who will make you laugh, be sure to consider this little girl. Keep checking back for more pictures, video and updates on her personality or better yet, come meet her, take her home and watch this sweet little girl blossom in your home.
Zyla is located in Lexington, KY.
