My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Baby Ivan: 2 yr old male flame point Himalayan

Well, here's a little cutie. Little indeed, he's just five pounds. All heart and love. He was ordered from a Kansas breeder by a California breeder who reluctantly surrendered him to me due to her
health issues. It took him a little while to adjust to being my foster child. He is a loyal, passionate boy and does not take change easily. He was so quiet his first weeks with me I took him to a vet
to check him out. She said he was fine so I knew he was just blue. Time has passed and he has recovered his spirits and made friends with Newman the ragdoll (see below) . Attraction of opposites, big guy to little guy, though Ivan has a ragdoll's super sensitivity. Baby Ivan will now play with anything.

We have given him a lion cut and bathed him and fussed over him. He likes it all. Such a good hearted little guy. He enjoys the company of other cats obviously and loves humans. He would probably be ok with very cat friendly gentle dogs. He is not an alpha cat. He is a little guy who needs to be cherished, and treasured and protected all his life.

As a flame he has red fur on his face, ears, feet, and tail. His coat is creamy white. As you can see his huge eyes are a striking ice blue color that goes so well with red. When you look at his photos you will notice his ears look a little unusual. They have been surgically docked. The tips have been cut off. I assume this was an experiment. I asked Ivan about it and, with some asperity, he told me he was a CAT NOT A DOG !!

Someone will be super lucky to have this little treasure in their heart and home.

He eats wet and dry food and is litterbox perfect.

His foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.
