Liberty's Story...
Estimated DOB 05/01/2010. Liberty was a stray for a while. She is about 2 years old and was finally caught when she had her puppies. She is a little timid but seeks human attention. She is a very fast learner and good guard dog as she alerts the arrival of strangers Liberty is submissive and non aggressive and not demanding at all, but still shy. The adoption fee is $150 and includes her shots and micro chip, and spay. I do not recommend her for noisy, hectic families or small children, but she would make a great companion for a calmer, quieter household and gets along great with other dogs. She is crate trained but does not get in any trouble just sitting in her bed on her own. If you are interested to meet this dog please fill out the adoption application at www.pitsnpup.org and we will contact you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Liberty, a Copperas Cove American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Copperas Cove, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Copperas Cove.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Copperas Cove already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Copperas Cove breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Copperas Cove paves the way for another one to be saved.
