Harley NEEDS FOSTER's Story...
Harley was in a Kill shelter and had a limited amount of time left. Fortunately for him, several people pitched in to get him out in time before any harm could come to him. He was in rough shape, but look at him now. He is an perfect example of how dogs can rebound with good food, a vet trip and a lot of love. Harley loves people and gets along with most dogs. He needs a handler that will not give into his every desire. His temporary foster has been working with him a lot to get his behavior ideal and is having a lot of success. We would like to keep this trend going. If you feel that you could give a dog a forever home, please consider adding Harley to your life.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Harley NEEDS FOSTER, a Birmingham Pit Bull Terrier/Mastiff dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Mastiff for sale in Birmingham, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Mastiff dog from a breeder in Birmingham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Birmingham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Birmingham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Mastiff breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Mastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Birmingham paves the way for another one to be saved.
