Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Brady... Lab / Pointer. 4 years old. He looks sweet but he's even sweeter in person !! Brady has been through a lot but is now on his way to a wonderful life as soon as he finds his "person". We know he's 80% Lab but the remaining 20% is a guess. He is chocolate with white markings and is very handsome. Brady was found as a stray and taken to a town "holding" facility. He was then adopted from there. He had some serious anxiety issues. We were contacted by that owner as they wanted to surrender him after 6 months due to moving and job changes. Upon evaluation we observed that his teeth were mostly fractured, he would sit a bit carefully on his hip and his anxiety was high..... He has now had 14 broken / infected teeth removed (but his smile is still BEAUTIFUL) and we learned that he had a PELLET lodged in his hip !! He has some slight hip dysplasia but not too bad..... All this behind him and with a supplement for his hip and some anti-anxiety medication he is doing so much better. This guy is just pure love. It's as simple as that. He rides very well in the car (loves to get ice cream), walks nicely on a leash, is house broken and is crate trained. He does have anxiety but we are working on that and we as well as our vet, feel that it can be managed and will improve with the right owner. He loves people and is quite the "greeter". We are looking for a calmer home with gentle people who won't feed into his anxiety but work with him so he realizes that he has no worries. He really is a fantastic boy who has sure stolen all of our hearts.
