Valentina's Story...
Valentina is a female Lab/terrier mix born in a freight yard in early January 2012. Valentina, her mother and siblings came to 4PAR on Valentine’s Day which is how she got her name. Owing to her mother’s small size, we expect her to be a medium size dog when full grown. Valentina is full of beans! She is active and loves to play and interact with everything and everyone with whom she feels comfortable. Valentina enjoys walking on leash and has learned to sit on command for a treat. She bonds closely to her people and loves to stay really close, following you everywhere. Children are too active for her so it would be best if she joined a quiet adult family without a lot of activity.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Valentina, a Scottsdale Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
