Beau's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.

Beau's Story...
Beau is a Chocolate Lab, the very best . . . smooth and silky dark chocolate. He is 3 years old with good energy and a great physique. His experienced devoted foster mom, reports, "Beau is essentially perfect. He is trustworthy with free roam of the house. He gets along with our crazy crew. We went to Chatfield Reservoir and he swam and followed all commands and came back when we called him. He sleeps on his own bed next to my bed. He is tennis-ball obsessed and loves to play fetch. No food aggression. He is a lover and is a momma's boy and should have a home where his brothers and sisters are furry canines; no cat data yet. And no human kids. Beau is so well mannered!!! He will be an easy fit. He will be happiest, by far, in a family with another dog because he has always had doggy siblings."

To learn more about becoming Beau's forever family, please apply today and our volunteers will be in touch. Beau would love to meet you too.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Beau, a Denver Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Denver, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
