Suzy Q is a teeny tiny black and tan female who has lots of love to give. She came to us as one huge mat of hair but underneath, was a huge ray of sunshine. She was anemic from a severe flea infestation but is now on her way to recovery and is thriving in her foster home. At only 14 lbs., this sunny little girl would be tickled pink to find a home with someone to love.
