Kallie's Story...
Kallie is a very beautiful 5 year old female purebred Rottweiler. Kallie is spayed, up to date on all shots, and house trained. She is sweet and loves attention but can also be independent. She likes to come up to you, sit down and lean into you, for lots of love and attention, or she'll come up and rest her head on your lap and like to have her head and ears rubbed. She loves to watch television. She is an indoor dog but also loves to lay outside, particularly at night. She is comfortable being in a crate. She is very a cautious dog; often quite fearful of new people. One must be careful when introducing her to new people and when taking her for walks that strangers don't approach her. She does not like bicycles or skateboards. She loves to play fetch and loves walks – walking well on the leash. She has no experience with children or cats, but has been in a home with several dogs for her entire life and has done very well. She needs to be where there is someone home most of the time so she has that constant human presence. We would like to place Kalli and Piper in a home together if possible. Kallie feels more relaxed with Piper by her side. The have been together most of their lives and never fight. So you have a no dog, no kid, no cat home, and would like two dogs who already love each other, they may be the girls you are looking for!

Our Adoption Process...
If you are interested in adopting one of our fun loving not so rotten rotties, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire that will allows us to get to know you better and to make sure the dog you are looking at is a good fit for your family and lifestyle. You can access our questionnaire by copying and pasting this link https://skydrive.live.com/redir.aspx?cid=3d2e997ca31d6e6d&resid=3D2E997CA31D6E6D!656&parid=3D2E997CA31D6E6D!108

If you have difficulties getting the above link to work, you can go to our website, click on the forms tab, and then download the questionnaire, complete it and email it back to us.

We may recommend a different rottweiler companion. After we determine which Rottweiler is the best for you, we will set up a time so that you can meet him or her at their house, where they will feel most comfortable and act as they normally do. An adoption contract will be signed to finalize the adoption and we do ask for a rehoming fee between $300 and $350 depending on how much money had to be invested into the dog to make it adoptable. These funds are necessary so that our organization may continue to rehome rottweilers.

We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
We rescue Rottweiler dogs in Maricopa and Pinal Counties. We are based in Gilbert, AZ but have foster homes throughout the valley.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kallie, a Gilbert Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
