She was found as a stray and turned in to a high kill shelter. She was emaciated, and injured and the shelter felt that she was going to die anyway so they were set to put her down. A volunteer called our rescue and our volunteer went to take a look and pulled her and said we will give it a shot to help. After some good veterinary care on her injured eye and a lot of food, she is doing great and couldn't be happier. She did lose the eye but it doesn't seem to have affected her. She has fully recovered medically and is a very healthy happy pup. She will make an excellent companion dog or even a great family dog. She is up to date on shots, fixed and microchipped.
