Aurora was found wandering outside in Greenhills. She is a lovely girl that is very dog like! Unfortunately she tested positive for fiv. Fiv is not a death sentence....cats can live very long lives with FIV. It is only contagious to other cats and only by biting. We recommend that FIV cats live with other FIV cats or as only cats.

Purrfect Friends Cat Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit group working to end the plight and suffering of unwanted cats and kittens in the greater Cincinnati area. We do this by educating the general public about the importance of spaying or neutering their pets to lessen the drastic over-population of cats; we provide foster homes to cats and kittens waiting for adoption, and provide information and guidance to people working to help the feral cat population through TNR (trap, neuter and release) efforts.
Meet the cats every Saturday at our adoption events (details listed below), and you can see the cats on Petfinders and 1800save-a-pet in the hopes of finding good homes for them.

Adoptions Events are held on Saturdays at the several local Petsmart and Petco stores. If you would like to meet a specific cat, please contact us ahead of time and we will bring the cat to the weekend event.
