Hello, my name is Yale. I was rescued alongside a group of kitties who were given college monikers. And Yale fits me because I am a smart kitty, but I also love to play and have a good time. I am a lovely torti girl who enjoys belly rubs and just being with you. I have a beautiful tan tip to my tail. I had an eye infection that left me with permanent eye scarring, but it does not affect me at all. It only adds to my uniqueness! I need to mention that I have a best buddy named Henrietta and we really want to be adopted together. Maybe we were drawn to each other because she also has eye scarring from an infection. I adore her and she adores me. Please consider us because we are an awesome pair of fur babies that will provide you with double the love. Apply today to meet us and give us a great forever home with you.
Must be 21 years of age and a resident of Georgia to apply.

Shelter Info...
Furkids was founded in 2002 and has become Georgia's largest, no-kill, cage-free animal shelter. We care for approximately 500 animals a day. We operate a beautiful and fun shelter for our cats, as well as a foster home network for our dogs and kittens and special needs animals, and our seven retail adoption centers. Volunteers and donations are always needed to help keep things running at the highest standard. Come join our family - we have a great time saving Georgia's homeless animals together! We also operate an amazing thrift store six days a week in Norcross! We appreciate your donations for the store. Visit www.furkids.org for more details.
We conduct tours and meet and greets at our shelter by appointment. Adoptions are done seven days a week and the cats at our adoption centers can be seen during store hours. The first step is to complete an online application so an adoption counselor can contact you.
Please complete our online application. Once received, an adoption counselor will contact you to discuss the animal(s) you are interested in and discuss your application. Visit www.furkids.org for a listing of our requirements and adoption fees.
We serve all of metro-Atlanta and surrounding counties. We operate seven full-time, retail adoption centers at five Petsmart locations and two Petco locations. Visit www.furkids.org for a listing of our locations.
