Higgins was found living in a park, matted and filthy. He has been shaved but still has some staining on his face, that will fade with time. He is definitely enjoying plenty of food, soft beds, and many many toys. He is a very sweet outgoing guy. He loves attention and will run to greet you. He loves to play, play, play and then play some more, he does like to stop for cuddles in between. He will want to keep your lap warm and cuddle next to you in bed. His tongue is always hanging out and he has a tiny little meow. He is a very gentle, curious guy.

Higgins is neutered, vaccinated, FELV/FIV negative and micro chipped. He is waiting to meet his new forever home.
