Meow! My name is Luna
|Breed:||Domestic Shorthair||Color:||Brown Tabby||Age:||Adult|
I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Poor Luna was living outside, trying to survive. Someone found her and saw she had skin lesions and took her to an emergency vet. They took care of her and when she was healthy enough for adoption, they contacted us to see if Luna could come to Good Mews. We were happy to help and cant wait to find this sweet girl a home.
Luna is a quiet kitty that likes to watch Cat TV. She strikes me as a couch-potato. She loves to laze around and watch TV and nap. If you sit in front of her, she will place her paws on your back and give you a nice massage. So if you like to hang out and watch TV and get pampered then Luna would make a wonderful companion. She is a very loving kitty that gets along with everyone. She even likes dogs!
Good Mews offers an alternative to traditional animal shelters in the Metro Atlanta area by providing a no-kill, cage-free haven for homeless, abused, or abandoned cats until placing them in permanent, loving homes. Good Mews promotes public awareness regarding the value of pets, animal welfare, pet overpopulation, and quality human-animal companionship through education and outreach programs.
Good Mews is open every Saturday from 10 - 4, the first and third Sunday of the month from 1 - 4. In addition, we participate in many offsite adoption activities throughout the month. Check the Calendar of Events on our website for details!
Adoption information can be located on our website (www.goodmews.org). Adoption applications can also be downloaded from that site. We participate in the ASPCA Meet Your Match Felinality program.
Good Mews is the oldest no-kill, cage-free cat shelter in Georgia. We serve all of metro Atlanta and work to place cats in permanent loving homes.
