My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sandy! She is a GORGEOUS pure bred labrador retriever that was found as a stray. Sandy is about 1-2 years old, very sweet and very, very calm for young retriever. When rescued, she was covered in about 100 ticks, some of which were embedded in her skin. She is currently on antibiotics to treat. We also learned while she was being spayed that she was hit by a car - she had some internal bleeding that the vets were able to fix. Other than that, Sandy is healthy and ready for her new home. She is great with other dogs, cats and children. Once we have her in foster care, we can share more. If interested in adopting Sandy, visit our website www.adoptagoldenknoxville.org
