Wilbur's Story...
My name is Wilbur,

I currently live with my brothers and sisters and 2 resident cats and dogs, and a couple of human kids that are just fun to chase and play with.

I'm cute loveable boy that loves to sleep on my back and lay in a lap. I spend my day running, playing and checking the world out.

You can learn more about me and all of my friends at GOBR and see lots more pictures of all of us by visiting us at the GO Boxer Rescue Available Boxers Menu, www.goboxerrescue.com/v3/available_for_adopt.html

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wilbur, a Dayton Boxer/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Labrador Retriever for sale in Dayton, or seeking a Boxer/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Dayton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dayton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dayton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Boxer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dayton paves the way for another one to be saved.
