Catlina's Story...
Catlina was saved from a local animal shelter after she was an owner surrender because they could not afford to keep her. Catlina was labeled as "shy" but is the complete opposite! She was just scared in the shelter environment. Catlina is approximately 3 years old and weighs 6-8 pounds. She's very laid back and prefers to follow her current foster mom around the house instead of playing with the other dogs. Catlina is housebroken and crate trained. Catlina is fully vetted, which includes; spayed, all vaccines, heartworm negative, kept on heartworm and flea/tick prevention, and microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Catlina, a Arlington Cairn Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Cairn Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Cairn Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
