Lady's Story...
For a very limited time, ALL CATS AGES 5 AND UP ARE JUST $10!! Come adopt your very own playful experienced pet. But hurry, these sweethearts won't be here long!

Lady is a good name for me because I'm very pretty and feminine with gorgeous green eyes and a dilute Tortoiseshell fur coat. I was here for awhile and became quite sad. And then I was adopted and so excited and happy to be in a home again! But now I'm back. I thought she loved me and I had a forever home this time, but she said I nibbled on a few plants ... and when she left her cereal bowl all alone I sipped a little milk (I thought she was done) ... and she thought it was too much work to scoop my litter box. I guess she really didn't love me at all. So here I am, back at the shelter. I'm a sweetheart, just 8 years-old, which isn't even middle-aged for a cat. I'm playful and curious and I love to be petted and brushed. Can you give a lady the third chance at happiness she needs?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lady, a Wheaton Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Wheaton, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Wheaton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wheaton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wheaton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wheaton paves the way for another one to be saved.
