BABY's Story...
Baby is a sweet, senior pug. Probably about 10 yrs old. He lived his whole life with an elderly couple who could no longer care for him. Baby is a bit older but has lots of spunk and is quite a character. He loves other dogs, cats and people of all ages. Baby is looking for a special human who will pamper him and give him lots of love.
He is house trained, neutered, current on all vaccines and microchipped.
Foster / adoption only open to Southern California residents. We do not foster / adopt any of our rescue dogs to households with children under 10 years old.
A foster / adoption application must be filled out PRIOR to anyone meeting any of our dogs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BABY, a Van Nuys Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in Van Nuys, or seeking a Pug dog from a breeder in Van Nuys.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Van Nuys already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Van Nuys breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Van Nuys paves the way for another one to be saved.
