Our Iggy is a snuggler, there can be no doubt about it! He's a friendly, happy-go-lucky guy who will make himself comfortable on your lap or snuggle up against your chest as he drifts off to sleep, purring contentedly. Before he falls asleep, Iggy would love some chin scratches, belly rubs, and any other type of petting to help him doze off!
I hope you're not getting the wrong idea on Iggy...although he is a snuggler, he is no couch potato! Iggy loves to play with pretty much anything that he can bat around with bonus points added to toys he can carry around in his mouth! He's a big fan of swizzle wands and feather wands and is never happier than when he triumphantly catches and subdues the darn thing! If you're on a budget, don't worry, Iggy is happy playing with regular old ink pens too!

RESCUE is a registered non-profit volunteer based animal rescue organization located in Maricopa County. RESCUE has no central facility and is volunteer run. Our focus is on the "kill lists." We were founded in 1995, and with the support of our volunteers and our community, we have found homes for over 9,000 dogs and cats. Our motto is for every animal adopted, we are back to rescue another. We depend on the community for our support and offer a variety of satisfying ways for you to get involved in our mission to end the killing of the orphaned dogs and cats. Please consider adopting, volunteering or donating.
We do not have a shelter. We are at various special events around the valley. Please see our Upcoming Events section on our website for further information. We look forward to meeting you and introducing you to some of our wonderful animals.
Fill out an online application, have an interview with a Matchmaker, if we are in philosophical alignment, set up a meet and greet and if all goes well finalize the adoption. Our service fee for dogs is $150 and $125 for cats. All our dogs and cats are spayed and neutered prior to adoption.
