My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hunter is one of the most charming dogs his foster family has ever hosted. While he is young, active, and very playful, he is not destructive. Hunter's ideal home will have time for games of fetch, walks, and lots of together time. They won't mind if he destroys his tennis balls or chews on his tug-of-war rope. We don't know how he is with cats. He can be a tad skittish of some things, like cars on the road. Time and training will add to his confidence. He is very well-mannered and house trained, but all dogs need some extra support when they move to new homes. A baby gate will keep him confined when necessary, and he won't bark or fuss if he needs to hang by himself for awhile.

He will stand up for himself with his Golden Retriever foster brother if a treat or toy might be taken, but doesn't try to steal anything himself. He does not need another dog, but will be fine with doggie siblings that aren't too pushy.

This happy, handsome fellow is looking for his forever home. Ask about Hunter!
