Razz's Story...
Razz was born in approximately 2008. He came from a local shelter and is a sweet boy. He was running around the streets of Burbank and was finally caught by a group of men on a busy street....not before almost causing a giant pile up. :o) He's a good mix of sweet and silly and his 6 lb body has a 100 lb attitude. He has his rowdy moments that are followed by sweet and cuddly moments. He's 100% Miniature Pinscher and if you love them, you'll love him. He's a burrower, as are most MinPins, and loves to get under the covers for the night and is very devoted to those who are his people. Come and meet him and you won't be disappointed.

Stop by and meet our pets on SATURDAYS or if you are not able, email to arrange a convenient time to meet the pet. Adoption events are Saturday from 11 am to 3pm at R & R Pet Lifestyle and Supply at 2780 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley (SE corner of Tapo Canyon and Alamo), except holiday weekends. Please email (staff@arvsimi.org) ahead to make sure a particular pet will be at adoptions.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Razz, a Simi Valley Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Simi Valley, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Simi Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Simi Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Simi Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Simi Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
