I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Twix's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Twix's Story...
Twix is an affectionate and talkative kitty. She likes to be petted and can be quite a character. We think she might have some Maine Coon in her as she is fluffy, outgoing and "in charge". Twix is about 7 years old and still very energetic. She is used to living in a foster home with other cats so will do well in a multi-cat environment, but she can also be fine on her own. Twix is fine with smaller dogs but does not like large dogs.

Adoption fee $95 (includes FIV/Feline leukemia testing, vaccines and spay/neuter);
Local adopters only; Strictly indoors; De-clawing not allowed; Veterinary references strongly preferred. If you would like more information about Twix, our adoption process or if you would like to meet her in person, please email us at MeowsAndBowWows@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Twix, a Germantown Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Germantown, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Germantown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Germantown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Germantown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Germantown paves the way for another one to be saved.
