Jager's Story...
*******IMPORTANT****** IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ONE OF OUR DOGS PLEASE VISIT OUR WEBSITE AND FILL OUT AN ADOPTION APPLICATION. AFTER WE HAVE AN APPLICATION ON FILE WE WILL COMMUNICATE SPECIFICS ABOUT THAT PARTICULAR DOG. WE ARE A SMALL RESCUE, OVERWHELMED BY THE NUMBER OF DOGS WE HAVE IN OUR FOSTER PROGRAM AND ARE UNABLE TO ANSWER OR CALL UNTIL WE HAVE AN ADOPTION APPLICATION.

Jager is a four year old owner surrender. Poor boy has been suffering with skin and ear problems for sometime. He's a sweet boy, a little reserved right now because he doesn't feel. We are awaiting results of ear cultures, preliminary results show that he has some resisitance and there is concern for MRSA. Awaitng final culture results.

As it stands at the moment, he has bilateral eye and ear infections along with a skin infection. He also has dry eye, but hoping this will improve after the infections have cleared. After his skin has improved, he will be neutered and will be ready for a foster or furever home. He has a very sweet disposition, gets along with other dogs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jager, a Winder English Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Bulldog for sale in Winder, or seeking a English Bulldog dog from a breeder in Winder.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Winder already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Winder breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Bulldog breeders who help with English Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Winder paves the way for another one to be saved.
