SOPHIE's Story...
This beautiful little female Siamese kitty showed up on our doorstep recently. We had her tested for Felv/FIV and the results came back negative. We guess her to be about 8-10 yrs old. Not sure if she's spayed, but appears to never have had kittens. No way to know about a vaccination history, either, so we'll go ahead and have her shots done. Not declawed. She is really great with dogs and cats -- extremely easygoing -- let us pick her up right away, she wasn't afraid of the lawn mower, etc. She sure seems like she was someone's cat at some point, but she was extremely thin when we found her and she's not chipped. She is super sweet and loves to be loved. This little girl is going to make someone a wonderful family pet! The pics and video are blurry, sorry, so will try to get better ones soon.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SOPHIE, a Phoenix Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
