Linus's Story...
Linus is just about the nicest, most endearing cat ever. He has silky-soft fur and gorgeous pale seafoam colored eyes, and a pitch-perfect croaky meow. We found Linus living in the parking lot behind our animal shelter when we moved to a new location this spring. Everyone in the complex already knew him and loved him. But we knew Linus deserved much better than living in a parking lot, so we brought him in, got him proper medical care -- including the extraction of a broken canine that had likely been causing him pain for a year or more. Poor Linus...but WOW, is he gorgeous and happy now! Linus loves to sit on laps and be with people, but he is not demanding at all. He asks for very little: he is grateful to have a soft bed to sleep on and regular food. Linus is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, and negative for FIV and FeLV. He gets along beautifully with other cats as well. The vet thinks Linus is between 7 and 10 years old. We're not sure how long he was in that parking lot, or what other hard knocks life dealt him before, but he's a loving, sweet soul who deserves to finally have a home of his own to enjoy his retirement years. Could that home be yours? Come meet him and see! To learn more or make an appointment to visit, email us at or call us at (310) 349-0310.

About The PetSave Foundation

About Our Rescue Group...

PetSave Foundation is a no-kill non-profit organization founded in June 2000 as a rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption resource for domestic rabbits. PetSave Foundation's mission is to provide a safe haven for abused and abandoned domestic rabbits and to provide the public with any information necessary to reduce pet overpopulation and ensure that the pet-guardian relationship provides a lifetime, loving home for the pet.

We provide rabbit spay and neuter, health, behavior, and general care information to the public. We also provide referrals to dog and cat rescue organizations as a public service.
