DOB: 12/7/2011 || BREED/COLORING: Deer-leg Chihuahua; red || SIZE: Papi weighs about 5lbs and will probably be 7 or so when he is fully grown. || HISTORY: Papi was found lying in the road looking like he had been hit by a car. He was picked up by a Good Samaritan and taken to a vet where it was determined that while he was quite thin, he had not actually been hit. He was then relinquished to our organization so that we could find him a great home || PERSONALITY: Papi is SUPER cute. He is a bit shy in new situations - but not snippy like Chis can be. He likes to play, play, play - and is most definitely a lap doggie. || TRAINING: Papi seems to be housebroken - he is a VERY good boy. He will need some work on leash training. || WOULD DO BEST: Papi would do best in a home with some children to play with and/or another small dog. He is a super sweet little guy. || CATS/DOGS/KIDS: Papi is fantastic with both cats and dogs - but lots of dogs (like a dog park) and large dogs make him nervous. He would do great with kids over five years of age. || VET RECORD :All of our dogs are currently vaccinated, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. || AVAILABILITY: This dog is available for adoption now and is being fostered or kenneled in the San Fernando Valley area. Please email us and we will send you an adoption application. Local adoptions only. || Visit our website: http://www.foreverhomepetrescue.org/ || Visit us on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/foreverhome || Make a donation to help us continue to save lives: http://www.foreverhomepetrescue.org/donate.html
