Angel--urgent home needed's Story...
Angel is one of two kittens rescued when their mother was hit by a car 6 years ago. They have beautiful black coats, are healthy and both are used to having their claws clipped regularly and being bathed (although not necessary). Angel weighs almost 14 pounds. They are used to other cats, but Angel has always looked out for Danny ... and his owner believes he would be devastated if they were separated.
Angel is very social and would be a great family cat. He is most used to being handled by a man, but let me pet him as soon as I walked into the room with him (female stranger). Both behaved well with the vet.
He is expected to adjust pretty quickly if moved with his brother, Danny.
His owner has five cats, but will start a difficult medical process with lots of hospital time over this coming year. The oldest cat and the two white cats have been rehomed, but he fears for his two black beauties!
They tested negative for FeLV and FIV Saturday and received their distemper combination vaccinations. They appear in perfect health with only slight tartar on their teeth.
They can be seen by appointment. 480-694-9998.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Angel--urgent home needed, a Scottsdale Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
