Sammy's Story...
Sammy is a wonderful, friendly pup born on Valentines Day! Sammy has very pretty markings and he is snuggly. Wants to sit up straight like a human. He is very much a companion dog. Sits and waits for command. Already knows how to sit and shake. Is good at keeping his kennel and crate clean and goes specifically in one main spot to potty.
He is happy and stays in close proximity..most likely because he is also with his brother Max. Very smart dogs and very people oriented. Sammy minds well and would be a great companion for another dog and a family who spends plenty of time with him, because he is so playful and interactive. He loves fetching sticks.
Very good eater..and growing quickly...but will most likely be smaller side of a medium dog. His momma is 28 lbs...he will most likely be over that but I would think in the 30 to 40 range. He will be a loyal devoted dog! If you have any questions or would like to know more on how you can adopt Sammy, email gointothedogs2@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sammy, a Cranford Rat Terrier/Blue Heeler puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier/Blue Heeler for sale in Cranford, or seeking a Rat Terrier/Blue Heeler puppy from a breeder in Cranford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cranford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cranford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier/Blue Heeler breeders who help with Rat Terrier/Blue Heeler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cranford paves the way for another one to be saved.
