for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Kash's Info...

I am up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Kash's Story...
He's the only boy in the litter and he's no sissy. Kash is a feisty little guy who loves wrestling with his litter mates almost as much as he loves playing "tug-of-war" with a rope. But pick him up for a snuggle and he just melts into your arms.Abandoned, but rescued. Kash, and his three sisters, Meisie, Shasta and Briana were picked up by Benton County (WA) Animal Control, along with their Mom, when they were about six weeks old. The Animal Control contacted Mikey's Chance asking that we take custody of the pups.

Like all Mikey's Chance dogs, this dog will come to you sterilized, up-to-date on shots, microchipped and treated for internal and external parasites. An adoption fee of $250 will help offset the cost of care.

If you are looking for the perfect companion, please go to www.mikeyschance.com for detailed information on all of our adoptable canine friends, as well as applications to adopt or foster. We look forward to working with you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kash, a Seattle Labrador Retriever/Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Border Collie breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
