Grizzly's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Grizzly's Story...
Grizzly was born on November 13, 2011 so is now 7 months old. She was adopted here several months ago but was recently returned because her new family had to move away and could not take her with them. Grizzly is good with kids, other dogs, and cats. She is a little shy when meeting new people but is always sweet. She is a great watch dog and will bark to let you know someone is around. She is housetrained as long as she is let out often enough. Grizzly is used to sleeping in a crate and is 100% crate trained. She is also used to being allowed indoors and must be in her new home as well. Her mother was a fullblooded Shar Pei, but her father was unknown. She currently only weighs around 25-30lbs so she is not going to be large when fully grown. Grizzly is very sweet and longs to have a family again.

This pets adoption fee is $60 which includes his/hers spay/neuter, basic vaccines (excluding rabies), worming, and flea/tick preventative

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Grizzly, a Lawrenceburg Shar Pei dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shar Pei for sale in Lawrenceburg, or seeking a Shar Pei dog from a breeder in Lawrenceburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lawrenceburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lawrenceburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shar Pei breeders who help with Shar Pei rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lawrenceburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
