Weego's Story...
Weego is my name! Weego is a happy, go-lucky young gal that is excited to have a second chance at life. She was picked up by San Antonio Animal Care Services as a stray that was dirty and scared beyond belief. She would lay under her bed in the back of her cage not looking happy, at times you would never know she was there. Immediately upon bringing her home, her personality began to shine. This girl loves to play with other dogs and will play ball with children and adults for hours. She is very happy gal. She loves going for evening walks or will just lay around and watch TV. Weego will do great in an active family that wants to include their four legged companion in their lifestyle. She likes everything! She is crate trained, and will even use a doggy door if you have one. What do you say you give her a chance.

About Our Rescue Group...
MHCR's mission is to save dogs from San Antonio's local animal control. We bring the dogs into our home and show them what it is like to be part of the family again. We train all dogs to be crate trained, house broken and that they are loved.

Our Adoption Process...
All dogs and puppies under the age of 5 years have an adoption donation of 100.00. MHCR dogs are fully vetting for their age, micro-chipped, spayed and/or neutered, on heartworm prevention, flea and tick prevention, and de-wormed. We do not require home visits but we do follow up with all adoptions 7-10 days after to ensure you and your new friend are a perfect match. All we require is for you to complete our Adoption Application.
