My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Shady, he is a beautiful 1 year old boy who loves to be pampered. Grab a damp washcloth and he is over on his back making air biscuits !
He was a feral kitten who decided that he loved human companions, and he left behind his feral ways. He gets along with both cats and dogs and would make a great companion to his new family.
He is not a large boy and he loves to sit in your lap, he has a tiny underbite which gives him so much cuteness because it makes his little chin pronounced. He is just way to sweet and special! You will love him to death.

You can visit me 7 days a week at PetSmart in Bethlehem / Winder, Georgia.
We are over in the cat section of the store, just look for me in my pretty hammock.

At Altered Feral State, we work with feral cat colonies. All of our kittens were removed from the colonies and completely socialized when they are less than 8 weeks old. We don't offer them for adoption until they have been tested, vaccinated and spayed or neutered.

Our adoption fee of $75 only covers a very small portion of our costs, but to us, it's all about finding the best home for these wonderful kitties.
