My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Minny was born in approximately 6/2011. She was a stray picked up by a local shelter. She was heading to be euthanized when we rescued her. Minny is an adorable Chihuahua/doxie mix; a tiny little dog; weighing only 7 pounds. She has a lot of personality for her small stature. She is playful, happy, and super lovable and affectionate with anyone who will show her attention. Minny LOVES other dogs of any shape or size and just wants to play, play, play all the time with them. She loves her toys and always has one in her mouth that she carries around waiting for the opportunity to play. Minny is house trained and uses a doggy door, and loves running around in the yard with the other dogs she's currently living with at her foster home. Minny happily shares her food and toys with the other dogs always waiting her turn for everything. She is a great walker on the leash, and enjoys her daily walks with her foster mom and other doggy friends. Minny was rescued from a shelter where she lived for 3 months where she was passed up for adoption due to her shy appearance. Minny has really come out of her shell since we rescued her from the scary confines of the shelter. She is definitely a very sweet and special little pup and looking for a loving home with other doggies to play with and a warm lap to rest in!

Stop by and meet our other pets on Saturdays from noon to 4pm in front middle of the PetSmart store in Simi Valley, except holiday weekends. Please email ahead to make sure a particular pet will be at adoptions.
