Kisses & Hugs's Story...
These girls are sweet, high-energy pups. They love to play, show a lot of affection which is how they got their names. They need to have a lot of play time - dog parks, long walks or runs, and it would be best for them to have a good sized yard. They are too large and rough to go to a family with young children and will not be adopted to anyone with small dogs or cats due to the rough play, size and strength. They will be shown at Petsmart of by appointment.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kisses & Hugs, a Houston American Staffordshire Terrier/American Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier/American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Houston, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier/American Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier/American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier/American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
