Winnie is a petite 6.6 lb. Miniature Poodle mix that is so cute she looks like a little stuffed animal. She was rescued from the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter where she was scheduled to be euthanized. Her paperwork states she is age one but she could be anywhere between one and two. Winnie is loyal and loves everyone. She is quiet and enjoys just sitting and hanging out with you. She does not bark other than to let you know someone is at the door. She would be a perfect as the only dog in the home, and would also work well with another dog as long as the other dog is calm and not hyper. She has enjoyed being around children, but a toddler or young kids might be too much for Winnie as she likes things to be calm.

Winnie enjoys quiet places. She often finds a desk or other piece of furniture to cozy underneath, similar to what a cat would do. She has a warm personality and is very gentle. Winnie prefers to be around the humans and she does not care to be alone for long periods of time, or crated for long periods of time. She is potty trained (potty reinforcement is required in any new environment), very happy-go-lucky and has a sparkle in her eye. She is a loving little dog that is going to bring years of happiness to any family that adopts her. She is crate-trained and sleeps in her crate at night. Her best fit would be with another dog or dogs that are not too hyper, or in a home where there is more than one person in the home or where people are home a bit more.

Winnie is spayed, de-wormed, vaccinated including rabies, and micro-chipped.
