Meet Zoe!
She is a young Jack Russel mix. She was found stray, starving, and covered in ticks. Her owner was never found. She has been cleaned up and vetted and is now ready to find a FORever home.
She has a strong prey drive for cats (and her finder happened to have several, otherwise would have kept her). Zoe enjoys other dogs and is very receptive to people. She is currently being kept outdoors by her finders fathers home, so it is unknown whether or not she is housetrained. Zoe has a very unique face and will surely draw attention with it. Everyone who has met Zoe has great things to say about her. She will make a very nice pet for some lucky adopter. If you are interested in Zoe, please let us know!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zoe, a Nashville Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Nashville, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
