Star's Story...
Woof! My name is Star. I am a very sweet and friendly 2 year-old girl. I love to go for walks and do well on a leash. I will rest my head on your knees to get some loving. I am very friendly with other dogs and would do well with canine companion. I was returned to the shelter when my adopter went back to work and felt didn't have time for me any longer. I miss playing in the yard with the kids, the warm bed and my human companions.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Star, a Chino Valley Black Mouth Cur dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Black Mouth Cur for sale in Chino Valley, or seeking a Black Mouth Cur dog from a breeder in Chino Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chino Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chino Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Black Mouth Cur breeders who help with Black Mouth Cur rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chino Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
