Xena's Story...
Xena: 11 yr old black & tan female, spayed, docked tail and uncropped ears. 11", 11.5 lb. Fully vetted. Owner give-up.
If you are looking for a sweet little lady that loves to give you kisses then Xena is the dog for you! She gets along with all the other dogs and is going potty only outside!! She sleeps well in the crate, but would LOVE to snuggle with you all night long under the covers. She loves playing with all different dog toys but her favorite thing of all time is to snuggle up in your lap for as long as you will allow it! She has great playful and excited energy even though she is 11 years young!!! She would be perfect for a quiet home that wants a best friend for life so she can show you how much she loves you with kisses! She loves going for walks and does great on the leash so if you are looking for a walking partner she is your girl! Xena is a little unsure of new people entering your home at first, but within minutes she has warmed up and is sitting in their lap! Don't miss out on this wonderful dog who has so much love and life to give!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Xena, a Nashville Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Nashville, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
