Ruff Ruff! My name is Griffin

That face says it all…”Thank you for saving me from the hot desert!” Griffin was found wondering around in Tonopah among other dogs volunteers were trying to save from the elements. Obviously owned by no one, Griffin did not come willingly as he was a little fearful of what all these people wanted. But, with much diligence and determination, volunteers caught Griffin and he soon found that a comfortable environment, food, water and love were in his future…immediate future!

Griffin is a 1 1/2 year old neutered pup with a fuzzy black muzzle ready for kisses. He is doing well on this lead training; this was a new experience for him, but he is open to the new adventures that lay ahead of him. He is still shy with people and will really need a patient new owner who understands he needs to earn your trust. But that right person will work hard to show Griffin he is part of the family and no longer needs to be fearful. He loves other dogs and has fun playing and hanging out with his canine pals.

Currently, Griffin is living in boarding with great handlers and many dogs to show him how nice it is to be around people. He is learning more and more everyday on how to be comfortable on a lead and be part of the day.
