Harley's Story...
Harley is a delightful 4 yr young girl who loves her people, loves to cuddle and is a velcro dane!!!! She is a wonderful girl who is quite perceptive and has a fair amount of energy! Based on her muscular rear end, we guess she has been hiking and doing other activities with her family! She loves to play!!!

Harley gets along fine with M dogs as long as they let her be the boss!!!!! She is with 2 M danes in her foster home and they all get along well! Harley even likes the senior kitty member of her foster family!!! She is an alpha personality so she cannot be placed in a home with another F dog... Sorry Her foster mom has been letting her attend doggie daycare and she is doing well!!!

This pretty girl has been with older kids, 10+. Whoever owned her previous to rescue, debarked her in a cruel manner. She is not a barker anyway but when she does try to bark... is sounds like she has laryngitis, poor thing. So... barking will never be a problem with this girl!

If you would like to help with her care while she is in rescue, please go our homepage: www.azdanerescue.petfinder.com and click on Donate!!! Thank you for caring.

If you would like to meet this cutiel... pls contact the Alliance. A home check and meet & greet with all family members is required. There is an adoption contract and an adoption fee of $400.00. 623 869-0409 Msg line

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Harley, a Phoenix Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
